Warranty and Resizing

At Atelier Aulyn, each piece is made with care and precision to ensure lasting quality. Every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before leaving my atelier. To give you peace of mind, all pieces include a warranty covering craftsmanship and material integrity.

Please note that this warranty becomes void if the piece is altered or worked on by another jeweler.

Below you’ll find details about the warranty period, what is covered, and how to request a repair or service.

  • Warranty Coverage

Your Atelier Aulyn jewelry is covered against defects in craftsmanship or materials. This includes issues such as:

    • Loose or detached stones caused by a setting fault
    • Broken clasps, solder joints, or findings due to a manufacturing issue
  • Warranty Period

Each piece comes with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery.
After the warranty period, repair services remain available for a fee, depending on the nature of the work.

  • What’s Not Covered

    • Signs of normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents
    • Damage from impact, exposure to chemicals, or improper care and storage
    • Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties (this voids your warranty)

For guidance on how to care for your jewelry and keep it beautiful over time, please see the Jewelry Care Guide.
  • Ring Resizing

Your first resizing is complimentary within the first year from the date of delivery
, to ensure your ring fits perfectly. After that, resizing remains available for a fee.

For guidance on selecting the correct size and avoiding resizing, please refer to the Ring Size Guide.
