At Atelier Aulyn, I strive to provide you with the best service possible. As I carefully handcraft every piece of jewelry, returns are only available for Ready-to-Ship pieces.   • Eligibility for Returns


    Only Ready-to-Ship Jewelry is eligible for return.

    Made-to-Order, Custom Designs, and Personalized Pieces
    are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • How to Initiate a Return


    To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package by emailing returns@atelieraulyn.com. Returns will only be accepted within this 5-day period.

    After your return request has been confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your jewelry.

  • Condition of Returned Pieces


    Returned items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or alteration and in the original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs


    Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These fees can range between 25 € and 95 €, depending on your location and value of your order. All jewelry must be returned in a fully insured package.
